Delivery is made by our partners or by a carrier appointed by them to the address indicated by the customer and mentioned in the order confirmation. The delivery address must be accurate and include all the details necessary for the delivery to be carried out correctly. The customer must provide a landline and/or mobile phone number where he/she can be easily reached between 8 am and 6 pm. Appointments are generally made from Monday to Friday (Monday to Saturday during busy periods) within a half-day period.

For delivery on pallets, it is expressly agreed that the delivery location must be accessible to the pallet truck. If this is not the case, the products will be deposited at the nearest location designated by the customer, it being understood that the latter remains responsible, if necessary, for any damage to the products or accesses due to the designated location.

If the delivery is made by our partners, the risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the buyer from the date on which the goods leave our premises. The risk in the goods sold by the buyer shall pass to the buyer when the goods are handed over by the seller to the carrier, the truck driver or any other person or body commissioned to carry out the shipment. Insurance shall be at the buyer's expense.

If the delivery cannot be made due to the accessibility of the truck, and the carrier was not informed of this fact before the order was shipped, the carrier shall not be held responsible.

In the event of an error in the delivery address or the absence of the customer at the agreed appointment, a problem linked to the accessibility of the location, or any other difficulty leading to the need to make a new delivery, this will be invoiced at the actual cost of the new delivery and at a minimum of EUR 60, the payment of these additional costs being a condition for the new delivery.

Delivery rates are valid for locations normally accessible by road throughout Ireland or the UK with a standard road vehicle (18T). We will deliver your pallets wherever you wish (as far as accessibility is concerned).
